Hey everyone Happy Spring Day! This week I had my 6 hour design practical. It is 6 hour period where all the design students in my grade will come to school and create something that relates to our given theme. The theme we were given this term was mosaic or something mosaic inspired. I created a sleeveless dress with a blue and purple mosaic inspired material for the full skirt and a silky white material for the top. On the topic of design I did some research to find out the latest Spring trends of 2019. Colour wise, beige, yellow and lilac are in as well as wearing monochromatic outfits. Puff sleeves from the 80's are back and finally patchwork will be working it's way back into this seasons trends.
